We have been seeing a lot of 'accrue_cnt underflow' in our slurmctld.log, as shown below:

It doesn't seem to be affecting state of things but I'm reporting here because I couldn't find anything about this anywhere when I googled for it so it seems to me that this wasn't supposed to happen.

This is a duplicate of bug 5863 fixed in 18.08.2 and 19.05.0-pre1.
